This family run, very friendly and professional riding stables offers reasonably priced rides of varying lengths for all ages and abilities into the stunning scenery of Dartmoor National Park. The ride leaders are all very experienced and the horses and ponies are all very well trained, with different personalities and offer a safe and enjoyable ride. Whether it's as a special treat or a regular pass time, this is a great confidence builder for children and young people, supported by cheery and positive staff. Based in the picturesque town of Wadebridge Cornwall, the friendly and creative team offer pottery painting not only for fun, but as a way of helping with stress, tension and to help your mind focus ! You can go to them or they will send you kits that you can do at home.

This large and well maintained venue is extremely reasonably priced and is where we are currently delivering our practitioner workshops ! It is located just off the main rank of shops in Fore Street, Saltash, with views overlooking the river. It offers a great space for parties, conferences and other functions and there is flat access for all mobility needs. There is parking on site and a separate bar area as well. This well equipped gym offers 30 minute cardio and strength training workouts for the female of the species only ! Why not book a free consultation with their friendly and professional staff who are always on hand to encourage you and help you get the most from your workouts. Sessions are offered for all ages and abilities.
